Nathaly Sanchez—known as “Nathy” to her friends and family—was born and raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador, a vibrant coastal city that she has always called home. As a child, she dreamed of becoming both a doctor and a lawyer, drawn to careers where she could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Nathaly pursued her passion for law at Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, graduating as a lawyer in 2021. Most recently, she expanded her education with a Master’s degree in International Relations from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. Alongside her academic journey, she gained experience working at her family’s company, then as a legal assistant at García & Partners Abogados, and later as a legal assistant to an attorney before returning to her family business. Today, she brings her skills and global perspective to her work with a U.S. law firm, where she enjoys learning about a different legal system, gaining international experience, and discovering something new each day.
Outside of her professional life, Nathaly loves staying active with workouts and winding down with video games. When she has time with no responsibilities, she enjoys relaxing, recharging, and indulging in her favorite games.
Family is one of the cornerstones of Nathaly’s life. She comes from a very close-knit and supportive family, and she treasures the time they spend together. With her parents running a tourism company, adventure and travel have always been part of their story, giving Nathaly both a love for exploring and an appreciation for strong family bonds.
