Naomi is a Drafting Paralegal at Punchwork who brings focus, precision, and heart to her work. Born in South Africa and raised in Durban, Naomi has always been driven by a desire to help others—something that first showed up early on when she dreamed of becoming a doctor.
That desire to make a difference ultimately led her to the legal field. Naomi earned her law degree from the University of South Africa and completed Practical Legal Training (PLT), South Africa’s version of law school. From there, she built a strong foundation working with a UK-based company, where she started as a legal intern and later stepped into a legal executive role. She then continued her legal journey at a South African law firm, serving as a paralegal and sharpening her skills across a wide range of matters. Each role added depth to her experience and confidence in her craft—something she’s genuinely grateful for.
What Naomi enjoys most about her work is the variety and the impact. No two days are the same, and she values being part of a process that can truly change someone’s situation for the better.
Outside of work, Naomi enjoys shopping, spending time with friends, and staying out and about when she has the chance. A good movie is always a welcome way to unwind.
Family is a big part of Naomi’s life. She’s the eldest of three sisters in a close-knit family of five, and while she jokes that she’s “not married yet,” she’s serious about how much she values the bond she shares with her parents and siblings. Those relationships ground her and shape the way she shows up—both personally and professionally.
