Stella Bantillo is an Intake Specialist at Punchwork who leads with empathy, patience, and heart. Born and raised in Iloilo, Philippines, one of the country’s most beautiful provinces, Stella brings a calm and caring presence to every conversation she reminds clients that they’re not alone.
Growing up, Stella dreamed of becoming a nurse, a goal rooted in her natural desire to help others. While her career took a different path, that same calling to support people has guided her every step of the way.
Stella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and has spent over 10 years in customer service, including time as an online English teacher for Asian students. She also brings five years of experience as an Intake Specialist, making her skilled at listening closely, asking the right questions, and offering reassurance when it matters most.
What Stella enjoys most about her work is being there for people during difficult moments. Helping someone feel supported, understood, and guided through the next steps is what makes her role meaningful.
Outside of work, Stella loves reading and tending to her home garden, which started during the pandemic and has become her favorite way to unwind and de-stress. When she has free time, you’ll usually find her out in the garden, cultivating plants and letting the stress of the day fade away.
Stella is also a proud boy mom to three awesome sons, along with one cherished fur baby girl, who keep her life full, busy, and joyful.
