Meet Andy—known by friends and family as Marcel or Pandy. Born and raised in Rivas, Nicaragua, near the Costa Rican border, Andy grew up surrounded by the beauty of the Pacific coast and Lake Nicaragua.
From a young age, Andy dreamed of becoming an actor and dancer, and that passion for the arts has stayed a constant. Starting dance at just five years old and later joining professional companies, Andy developed discipline, resilience, and dedication—qualities that now extend into every part of life and work.
Academically, Andy earned a degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on environmental studies, completing internships centered on sustainability. While engineering laid a strong foundation, the professional path eventually shifted toward people-centered work. With over four years of experience in the BPO industry, Andy advanced into leadership as a team lead and project coordinator, honing skills in client relations, operations, and cross-functional teamwork.
Andy’s career philosophy is simple: it’s not about following a rigid path, but about finding purpose and joy in what you do. That outlook fuels a work style that is empathetic, creative, and organized, with a strong belief in maintaining balance—working to live, not living to work.
Outside of work, Andy’s love for the arts continues. Dance remains at the core, along with a passion for poetry, film, and award season culture (from the Oscars to the Golden Globes). Reality shows like RuPaul’s Drag Race and Dancing with the Stars are always on the watchlist. When it’s time to recharge, Andy enjoys traveling—often solo—whether it’s exploring new places, attending concerts, or simply carving out time to disconnect and reset.
