For Darlene Caio, helping people move forward isn’t just part of the job — it’s what motivates her every day. As a Consultation Specialist at Punchwork, she brings warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to guiding clients who are seeking justice.
Born and raised in Rochester, New York, Darlene has also spent significant time in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City, Nevada, as well as Salt Lake City, Utah. She’s currently preparing to move back to Las Vegas to be closer to family — something that reflects just how important connection and community are to her.
Growing up, Darlene dreamed of becoming either a veterinarian or a jewelry designer — careers that reflect both her love for animals and her eye for detail. Today, she channels that same care and precision into her work with clients.
Her professional background spans sales and client services, including experience in the legal field. Having worked on the Las Vegas Strip, Darlene has interacted with people from all over the world, sharpening her communication skills and cultural awareness. She is educated in Business Management and also holds a Diamontology Certificate, a unique credential that speaks to both her discipline and diverse interests.
What Darlene enjoys most about her role is being able to support individuals who are seeking justice and help them confidently take the next step in the process. She understands that reaching out isn’t always easy, and she strives to make every interaction reassuring and productive.
Outside of work, Darlene enjoys writing, watching documentaries, and staying informed on current events — she proudly considers herself a news buff. In her downtime, you’ll often find her at the park with her dog, walking or hiking. With a deep love for animals, she hopes to dedicate more time to volunteer work in the future.
