John Paul Manansala

John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and spent more than a decade in the food industry, developing strong service skills and a deep understanding of customer experience. When the pandemic shifted industries worldwide, he pivoted into the BPO field, beginning as a Collection Specialist for a first-party credit card company. He later transitioned into healthcare, where he worked as an Insurance Verification Specialist before being promoted to Intake Team Lead — a role that strengthened his leadership and operational skills.

What John values most about his work is the variety of challenges it brings. For him, every obstacle is an opportunity to grow, improve, and keep things interesting.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find him at the gym, staying active and energized. When he has free time, he enjoys going out with friends and making the most of life without limits.
