Kate Locmayon

At Punchwork, Kate’s favorite part of her role is seeing clients leave a conversation feeling supported and cared for. She finds real satisfaction in creating a positive experience and helping people feel confident that they’re in good hands from the very beginning.

Outside of work, Kate jokes that her favorite hobby is switching hobbies every month. She’s always excited to try something new, but what she enjoys most is simply observing the world around her. Whether it’s noticing the small ways people communicate or learning from everyday interactions, she loves discovering what makes each person unique.

Kate also had the opportunity to live in Kanagawa, Japan, for a few months—an experience she still considers one of the highlights of her life (earthquakes aside!).

Family is at the center of everything Kate does. She’s happily married to her husband, Miguel, and together they’re raising their daughter, Wiswis, who lovingly gave them the nicknames “Migsie” and “Katie.” Kate is also deeply grateful for the unwavering support of her parents, Lan and Cel, whose encouragement and help have allowed her family to grow both personally and professionally.
