Pietra Andrade Rodrigues—often called “P” or “Pepe”—is a Drafting Paralegal at Punchwork who brings precision, purpose, and heart to her work. Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Pietra grew up surrounded by strong professional influences, which first sparked her interest in the corporate world.
Pietra earned her Law degree from Mackenzie University and began her career at large, well-established law firms, where she built a solid foundation working primarily in tax law. While the experience sharpened her technical skills, she eventually realized her passion lived elsewhere—using the law to advocate for people and protect their rights.
Today, Pietra focuses on legal drafting, research, and writing, creating clear, well-structured documents that support fairness and accountability. She enjoys being part of work that can genuinely change someone’s situation and believes legal writing is most powerful when it serves real people, not just processes.
A short stay in New York City broadened her personal and professional perspective, reinforcing her desire to keep learning, growing, and expanding her worldview.
Outside of work, Pietra enjoys staying active with morning runs and yoga, and she recharges by watching a good TV show or spending time at the beach. She has a special love for Rio de Janeiro—thanks to time spent there while her father worked in the city—and appreciates its warmth and energy.
At home, Pietra shares her space with her cat, Cat, named after Breakfast at Tiffany’s, her favorite movie—a small detail that perfectly reflects her thoughtful and creative personality.
