Rebekah is a Drafting Paralegal at Punchwork, where her sharp attention to detail and genuine curiosity for the justice system shine through in everything she does. Born in Maitland, Cape Town, Rebekah brings a rich cultural background to the team—she’s proudly half Portuguese and half Greek Cypriot, with deep roots that span continents.
From a young age, Rebekah knew she wanted to be involved in the justice system and once dreamed of becoming a criminologist. While her entry into the legal field happened almost by chance, it didn’t take long for her to realize she’d found the right fit. She’s now spent five years working in law, growing her skills and considering where the path may lead next (law school included—when the timing feels right).
What Rebekah values most about her work at Punchwork is the culture. She thrives in an environment filled with intelligent, kind, and genuinely funny people, and she enjoys contributing to a team where collaboration and respect aren’t just buzzwords—they’re the standard.
Outside of work, Rebekah is happiest exploring the beauty of Cape Town, taking long walks in nature, and soaking in scenic views. She enjoys puzzles, writing, reading, helping close friends think through business ideas, and learning new languages—currently Thai and Greek. She’s also deeply passionate about caring for street animals, giving her time and heart wherever it’s needed.
When life slows down and there’s nothing on the calendar, Rebekah leans into stillness—meditating, reflecting, and finding clarity in quiet moments. In a fast-paced world, she believes peace and purpose often show up when you give yourself space to listen.
