Timothy “Timbo” Hale was born in Biloxi, Mississippi, on Keesler Air Force Base and grew up along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. For three years of his childhood, he lived in the UK, and he’s also spent time in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. As a kid, Timbo dreamed of flying A-10s for the U.S. Air Force, but life took him in a different direction.

He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2008 with a degree in Business Administration before moving to Arkansas, where he spent years working in human resources. Eventually, his interest in advocacy and problem-solving led him to pursue law. He graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2019, all while continuing to work as a carpenter and handyman alongside his dad.
