Trisha Govender—or “Trish” to those who know her well—was born in Durban, South Africa, and later moved to Johannesburg in 2010 after getting married. From a young age, she always knew she wanted a career centered on helping others. While she once dreamed of teaching or medicine, she eventually found her calling in customer service, where she makes a difference every day.
Trisha has built her career around customer service and client account management, focusing on improving customer experiences from onboarding to day-to-day support. With a reputation for empathy, patience, and truly listening, she has helped drive positive improvements in NPS and CSAT scores by understanding customer needs and acting on them. She finds inspiration in each person’s unique story and is motivated by helping people move forward during challenging times.
Outside of work, Trisha loves cooking, writing, and picking up new skills—whether it’s coding or learning a new language. When she has downtime, her favorite moments are spent quietly at home with her family, enjoying a movie night or a game around the table.
Family is at the center of her world. Trisha has been happily married for 13 years (together with her husband for 19), and they share two precious daughters and a beloved fur-baby son, Bailey.
