Affectionately known as Lulu to her family and friends, Lucy Fitzhugh brings a unique blend of Southern charm, tenacity, and legal prowess to Punchwork Law. Born and raised in the historic city of Natchitoches, Louisiana, Lucy’s journey to becoming a trusted member of the legal community has been marked by a passion for justice and a commitment to excellence.
After completing her undergraduate studies in psychology at Louisiana State University, Lucy embarked on a transformative journey that took her from the bayous of Louisiana to the bustling streets of California. While in California, she immersed herself in the world of equestrian shows while diligently preparing for the LSAT. Her dedication paid off when she secured a position as a law clerk at a prominent personal injury firm in Emeryville.
Eager to further her legal education, Lucy pursued her Juris Doctorate at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. Additionally, Lucy distinguished herself as a student attorney in the immigration clinic, advocating for the rights of vulnerable populations.
Upon graduating from law school, Lucy brought her passion for justice to the vibrant legal landscape of Little Rock, Arkansas. After passing the Bar Exam, she embarked on her career in employment law. Joining forces with the dynamic team at Punchwork Law, Lucy has earned a reputation for her unwavering commitment to her clients’ success and her dedication to achieving favorable outcomes.
Beyond her legal pursuits, Lucy finds joy in a variety of hobbies and interests. A dedicated crafter, she delights in creating art with paint, string, and a hammer. When she’s not crafting, Lucy can be found relaxing with her beloved pups, Sophie and Kiddo, or escaping into the world of audiobooks. She cherishes spending quality time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. With her unique blend of legal expertise, compassion, and Southern hospitality, Lucy is a valuable asset to the Punchwork Law team. Whether she’s advocating for her clients or unwinding with a crafting project at home, Lucy remains steadfast in her commitment to making a difference in the lives of those she serves.
